Free Cancellation
More than 24 hours before check-in
Cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time and receive a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked.
Partial Refund
Within 24 hours of check-in
Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are subject to forfeiture of the booking deposit. The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded.
No Refund
No-show or after check-in
Guests who do not arrive without prior cancellation, or who check out early, are not entitled to a refund for the unused nights.
Additional Notes
- 1Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
- 2Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee of ₹500.
- 3In case of unforeseen emergencies (medical, bereavement), we may offer a date change or partial credit at the owner's discretion. Please contact us immediately with documentation.
- 4Peak season bookings (Onam, Christmas, New Year period) may have a stricter 48-hour cancellation window. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
- 5Airbnb bookings follow Airbnb's own cancellation policy, which may differ from the above.
