We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on arrival. We do not accept card payments at this time.

Yes! Arena Gardens is listed on Airbnb as well. You can book directly through our website for better rates and direct communication, or through Airbnb if you prefer their platform.

For weekends and holidays (Onam, Christmas, New Year), we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. Weekdays are usually available on shorter notice.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. We understand you might need it for remote work or staying connected.

Absolutely! The fully-equipped kitchen is available to all guests. It has a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and utensils. You're welcome to bring your own groceries.

Yes — the campfire pit is available for all guests at no extra charge. We provide firewood. Please use it responsibly and extinguish completely before going to bed.

Arena Gardens can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property at this time to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests.

Sreekrishnapuram town is about 2 km away with grocery stores and pharmacies. Palakkad city is approximately 20 km away with full hospital facilities.

Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged subject to availability — please inform us in advance.

Yes, the owner or a property representative will be present or available by phone to welcome you and show you around the property.

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License. This is mandatory for all staying guests as per local regulations.

Yes. Loud music and high-volume activities are not permitted after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighbors. The music system may be used at a reasonable volume throughout the day.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in are subject to forfeiture of the booking deposit. Please contact us directly for any exceptional circumstances.
